Experience: 25 years’ experience in commercial, industrial, retail, municipal objections and appeals and specialised valuations; including petrol filling stations, cold storage facilities and development land valuations. Guest lecturer on various valuation related topics at University of Witwatersrand and the Black Professional Valuers Association. Committee member of the Appeal Committee for the Council for the Built Environment (CBE).
