Collectively, our valuation team has had many years of experience in providing professional advice for the valuation of land, buildings, plant and machinery assets. We regularly travel throughout South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, Swaziland, Mozambique, Angola, Tanzania, Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana and Rwanda. We recently completed a substantial exercise in South America for an international conglomerate.

Professional Memberships

All professional valuation personnel are members of, or registered with:

  • The South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP). In terms of the Property Valuers Profession Act 2000 (Act No. 47 of 2000) all valuers need to be registered with the SACPVP, the statutory regulatory body.
  • The South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV)
  • The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

Where necessary, the guidelines of the International Valuation Standards Committee (IVSC) are fully considered.
