  • Board Member of the “RICS Machinery and Business Assets International Professional Group Board”.
  • Assessor Panel member of RICS South Africa.

Richard has had 45 years of valuation consultancy experience, initially within the United Kingdom and, latterly, within South Africa and Africa regions as a whole. Experience has encompassed industrial land and buildings assets, plant, machinery and business assets.
